NEW PORTAL: IMPORTANT FOR ALL FAMILIES TO COMPLETE

Through the FACTS Family Portal, you will be able to:

• Update and maintain your family's contact and emergency information.
• Complete required student and family forms.
• View student grades and academic progress.

Step 1: Create Your FACTS Family Portal Account

1. Visit https://www.factsmgt.com.
2. Click Log In Here in the upper right corner under Parents & School Administration.
3. Under For PK-8 Families, select Family Portal Login.
4. Enter the District Code: Diobpt-CT.
5. Click Create New Account.
6. Enter your email address and the District Code (Diobpt-CT).
7. You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support with a link to create your username and password. (The link is active for six hours.)
8. Click the link, create your username and password, and save your changes.
9. Log in to your new FACTS Family Portal account.

Step 2: Complete the Required Information

After logging into the Family Portal, please complete the following:

• Open Web Forms.
• Review and update your family's Emergency Contact Information, including phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, and medical information.
• Complete any additional required web forms for your student(s).
• Review and electronically sign the Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgment by entering in your children(s) names and saving. 

Completing these steps ensures that we have accurate information for your family and that all required school forms have been submitted before the start of the school year.
