We offer an extended day program for all students each day from dismissal until 5:45 pm. During the extended day program, the children do their homework, have a snack, enjoy games and arts and crafts, and play outdoors on the Science Park, weather permitting. All of our extended day programs are staffed by our All Saints faculty and staff.
Fee Payment Procedure:
1 Child: $24 Weekly: $98
2 Children: $44 Weekly: $152
3 Children $64 Weekly: $187
There is a $12.00 daily charge for children who participate in the extended program for one hour. Any child who stays later than 3:15 pm will be charged the daily rate.
*Payment is required every Friday – No exceptions. If your payment is not received on Friday please submit it no later than the following Monday. If your payment is not received, on that Monday, your child WILL NOT be able to stay on Tuesday.
*Please have the date posted on the memo line of your check indicating the week for which you are paying.
A late fee OF $1.00 PER MINUTE will be charged for every minute a child stays beyond the closing time of 5:45 pm. Continual lateness may necessitate the exclusion of your child from the program.
Upon entering the building, parents must sign in at the main office and then go to pick up their children. Children may be picked up in one of the classrooms on the first floor, south wing, the gym, or the Science Park. Each child must be signed out by the adult who is picking him up. At 5:35 pm, all children remaining will be brought to the front entrance of the school.
Calendar of Program:
The program will be held on each school day and on each half day that the school is in session. The exceptions are the day before Thanksgiving break and the day before Christmas break. On days of early dismissal due to inclement weather, the extended day program will not be in session.
Registration Forms will be sent home the first day of school.
