Attention 6th Grade Parents
NOW is the time to turn in those 6th grade physicals (or to schedule those physicals)! The blue CT State Health Assessment Record (HAR) form needs to be dated after July 1, 2018. If you have sent in a physical which is dated earlier than that, a new physical will be needed. The earlier ones (although helpful) don't count. 6th grade physicals are required and important!

If a physical is not received by the health office before the end of this school year, your child will be excluded from 7th grade until that is received. Please be sure your child's health care provider has given your child the immunizations needed for entry to 7th grade which include Tdap and Meningococcal. If you have any questions please call the school nurse , Carol Taylor, 203-847-3881 ext. 5 or email She loves to hear from parents.
With the winter weather upon us, please be certain that your cell phones are close by during the school day and are turned on. This way you will get important notifications in case of dismissal and after school changes during the school day this winter. Snow is in the forecast for this week.

Be well and God bless!
Mrs. Dunn
