Shopping Showcase Extravaganza News
* Packets were sent home last week. Check your child's backpack!
* Every child received a packet since some 'opt-out' families still like to place an order.
* Every family is REQUIRED to either 'opt-out' for $100 or place an order for at least $200. This is PER FAMILY (not per child!).
Any questions, contact Janet Mitchell at

Want to Opt-Out of Fundraisers?
Parents (who prefer to "opt-out" of the two major fundraisers and simply write a check instead can find the "Opt-Out" form online on the school website. The two major fundraisers this year are the current Shopping Showcase Extravaganza and the Cash Raffle in March.

Second Grade Parents
Attention second grade parents! Please remember to contact your parish to register for Reconciliation and First Communion classes.

School Communication
Please check your email and the school's website on a daily basis. This is our means of communication of important information to parents. The school will send emails and alerts as needed.

All parents are asked to have their cell phones nearby and turned on during the school day. This is just in case of an emergency or unplanned early dismissal. Please be certain that you have a contingency plan for pick up for your child on such days and that your child knows what it is.

School Security
Security is important . If you are visiting our school at any time , please be certain that you check in with the security guard or come into the school office to sign in and get a visitor's pass before going to the classroom.

Parking Lot Reminders
Please obey the parking pattern and speed limit when driving through the back parking lot at dismissal. Please pull into a space to park so you do not need to back up! Please park in a legal space and obey the cones, the chains and the "No Parking "signs. The teachers dismiss the children from the school building directly to you. Please work with us as we strive to maintain a safe environment for all students.

Remember: When you drop off in the morning, drive all the way down to the last teacher. Be sure that your child exits the vehicle curbside.

Have a nice week and we hope to see you on Thursday evening!
