Halloween Tomorrow!
Our Halloween Parade will take place outside on the track tomorrow. The children will begin lining up in the school building at 12:45PM and walk once around the track at 1:00PM. Parents are invited to the parade. Please go directly to the track outside. (In case of rain,  we will have the parade in the gym.) After the parade, the students ONLY will return to the classrooms. Dismissal will be at the normal time.

All Saints Day Mass
All Saints Day, November 1, is the feast day of our school.  It is also a holy day of obligation in the Catholic Church. Mass (including the "Parade of Saints") is at 10:00am in the auditorium. Msgr. Thomas Powers, Vicar General of the Diocese of Bridgeport, will be the principal celebrant. Please join us for this special Mass!

First Marking Period
The first marking period ends on Friday, November 3.  Report cards will be distributed on November 16-17 at Parent Teacher Conferences.  Tuition needs to be current for your child to receive a report card.  This includes July, August, September and October's tuition payments . All after school balances must also be reconciled. Your timely payments are necessary for the school to meet its financial obligations.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent -Teacher Conferences will be held on Nov 16-17. There will be early dismissal on both days. Evening conferences are available on Wednesday, November 16 only. The after school program will be held as usual. Please click here for your appointment form for grades preschool through grade 5. Hard copies of the forms will also be sent home in the back packs. There are no appointments for middle school parents. Middle school parents may come in on a drop-in basis during conference hours.

Parent Portal Closed Temporarily
The Parent Portal will be closed for grades 5-8  until after November 17 while teachers close out the marking period and prepare report cards.

Student News from the Extended Day Program
On Friday the after-school grade 4-8 students were treated by Mr. Jacoby and Mr. Cook to a Halloween extravaganza. All of the students won prizes ...skeleton rings, spiders, Halloween stamps, bat necklaces, double eye rings... which students had to find by tacking prizes hidden in balloons. Then students tossed plastic barbed rings over witch's hats to win tootsie pops for the highest score. Each week FUN FRIDAY ACTIVITIES include a homework period, fun indoor and gym activities, and, if the weather is good, a break outside. ..WHAT WILL NEXT WEEK BRING?

Christmas Classic Basketball Tournament Meeting
There will be a meeting for anyone interested in being part of the Christmas Classic Basketball Tournament Committee on Friday November 3 at 8:00am.  The tournament runs November 30 to December 10. All parents who have a child on a travel team, will be asked to volunteer for 4 hours during the course of the tournament.  Contact Dawn Geignetter:
