Dress Code Reminders
Thank you to all those families who are in compliance with the school dress code. Remember to wear white socks on PE day. Bright and bold colored sneakers and socks should be saved to wear on the weekends and not worn to school. It is important that your child's name be placed in their clothing. Any clothing that is unclaimed will be placed on the table in the rear of the cafeteria.

Paperwork Return
Thank you to all of the families who returned the emergency cards and the handbook/policy sign off sheet to school. If you have not done so, please be sure you send both pieces of paper to school tomorrow.

Communication Reminders
It is important that all parents check their email and the school's website on a daily basis. This is our means of communication of important information to parents. If you know anyone who has not signed up for email updates, please encourage them to do so by visiting the school website and clicking on this link.

Club and Activity Info and Forms Online
In an effort to be as paperless as possible, all forms regarding student activities and clubs can be found on the school website. Please click on "Student Life" and you will find them all there. We look forward to seeing your children participate in our extra activities.

Share the News
If you have some good news to share about your child's accomplishments outside of school , please email me so we can include them in the weekly news. A picture would be great!

Security Reminders
Security is important. If you are visiting our school at any time , please be certain that you check in with Mr. Hickman, our security guard, or come into the school office to sign in and get a visitor's pass before going to the classroom.

Parking Lot Safety
Please obey the parking pattern and speed limit when driving through the back parking lot at dismissal. Please pull into a space to park so you do not need to back up! Please park in a legal space and obey the cones, the chains and the "No Parking "signs. The teachers dismiss the children from the school building directly to you. Please work with us as we strive to maintain a safe environment for all students.

School Arrival Time
Reminder: The children need to be in school by 7:45AM. Prayer is at 7:50. The school buses arrive on time. If you are driving, please allow extra time for traffic etc so that your child is not late for school.

Fall begins on September 22 . Looking forward to the colors and cooler days ahead. Have a nice week!
