A Message from the Principal...

Congratulations Alexis Adcock for her hard work in earning her Tae Kwon Do YELLOW belt on Sunday, Sept. 19.

High School Fair
Tomorrow is our "High School Fair" for grades 7 and 8 at 9:00AM in the school cafeteria. Representatives from local Catholic, private and public schools will be on hand to meet with our students to answer questions and hand out information about their respective schools. It is never too early for middle school families to begin thinking about the " next step" in their child's education. Thank you to our guidance counselor , Mrs. Corrente, for organizing this event.

Lee Denim Day Dress Down October 7
The first Dress Down Day is here! Get your pink shirts, jeans and sneakers on as ASCS participates in Lee National Denim Day on Friday, October 7 to support breast cancer research and programs. $2 minimum donation is requested to participate. There will be many pins, pencils, lollipops, and other free items available to participants at the door! You can also donate at www.crowdrise.com/all-saints-catholic-school1/fundraiser/leslielombardi
Checks can be made payable to American Cancer Society.
ONE DAY - ONE CAUSE - ONE CURE

Fall Festival October 2
Our Fall Festival is back this year! It will be held this Sunday, October 2, from 12 to 3 on the front lawn. We will have flowers, pumpkins and baked goods for sale as well as games, prizes and food. Come join us!

Tuesday Rosary
A group of moms meet every Tuesday morning to pray the rosary together in the school chapel . Please feel free to join them this week.

No School October 3
School is closed on Monday, October 3. This is an In-Service day for all faculty.

Save the date: Sunday, October 23
" Trek for Tech - ASCS Annual Walk-a-thon". All proceeds from this event will go toward replacing the desktop computers in our computer lab with new chrome books. Details coming next week!

Sports and Clubs
Please check the school website for information on our sports programs and after school clubs.

This Thursday and Friday, September 29-30, I will join the Bishop and the principals of the Diocese of Bridgeport for a conference in Mystic, CT entitled, " Charting the Course". Mrs Corrente, our guidance counselor, will be in charge of the building in my absence. She will be available to assist you in case an emergency arises.
