Important School Communications
It is important that all parents check their email and the school's website on a daily basis. This is our means of communication of important information to parents. If you know anyone who has not signed up for email updates, please encourage them to do so by visiting the school website.
All parents are asked to have their cell phones nearby and turned on during the school day. This is just in case of an unplanned early dismissal like this past Friday with the heat. Please be certain that you have a contingency plan for pick up for your child on such days.
Virtus Training at All Saints September 22
All volunteers at our school need to be Virtus trained. A Safe Environments Training Session will be offered at our school onThursday evening, September 22 at 5:30 PM. If you wish to volunteer in any capacity at our school, this is a requirement. Without it you may not chaperone a field trip, volunteer in the classroom for a party, coach, be a lunch mom or room mom, volunteer to read a book in your child's class - nothing! This training has been set up especially for our parents. Please attend if you need to be there. You must register in advance. Sign up online here.
All current volunteers at our school who were trained five years ago, need to be recertified. Please contact Mrs. Stapleton for info firstname.lastname@example.org
School SecuritySecurity is important. If you are visiting our school at any time, please be certain that you come into the school office to sign in and get a visitor's pass before going to the classroom.
Parking Pick Up and Drop-OffPlease obey the parking pattern and speed limit when driving through the back parking lot at dismissal. The teachers dismiss the children from the building directly to you. Please work with us as we strive to maintain a safe environment for all students.
Until the work is completed on our roof, the playground and adjacent grass area are closed after school for everyone. Work is being done on the roof on the second shift. We ask you to please work with us by clearing the parking lot right after dismissal.
It is supposed to be cooler this week. Hopefully, fall is around the corner. Have a wonderful week!
