Dear Parents,
Welcome to a new school year! It was great to see everyone on the first day of school. I hope all of you had a pleasant summer and are ready for some learning . We are looking forward to a very special school year ahead.

Welcome Back Movie Night
Our school is having a "Welcome Back Night at the Movies" this coming Friday, September 6 ,on the school grounds . Gates open at 6:30pm. Movie begins at 7:30pm. Bring your blankets, chairs and dinner baskets. We'll supply the drinks and treats! The movie is "Incredibles 2". This is a FREE family event- a great night to reconnect and make new friends. (weather permitting)

Forms Reminder
Thank you to all those families who have returned their Emergency Forms and Handbook Sign Off Forms back to school on time. If you have not returned your forms, please do so tomorrow.

Hot Lunch Program Begins September 9
The hot lunch program begins on Monday, September 9. Order online. The password is saints2.

Back to School Night September 16

Our annual "Back to School Night" and Home School Association Meeting will be held on Monday, September 16, at 6:30pm. We look forward to sharing our goals and expectations for the new school year. Please plan to join us!


 
September School Mass
Mass will be celebrated at our school on Wednesday, September 18, at 10:00am. The celebrant will be Msgr. Walter Orlowski, pastor of St.Matthew Parish in Norwalk. We ask God's blessings on the new school year.

Sports and Club Sign-Ups
 
Click here for information on sports and club sign- ups. There are many fun activities to choose from this year! Registration is open online.
 
Travel Basketball try-outs will be September 16th and 17th. All players must be registered prior to try-outs. Click link for all of the information on the travel basketball program.

Volunteers Needed
The school needs volunteers. All volunteers need to be Virtus trained. A Safe Environments Training Session will be offered at our school on Thursday evening, September 26, at 6:00pm. If you wish to volunteer in any capacity at our school, this is a requirement. This training has been set up especially for our parents. Please attend if you need to be there.

Recycling Day at ASCS
 
Recycling Day is Saturday, September 28 from 9:00-2:00 pm. All proceeds go toward the upkeep of the science park.
